BS 7671:2018 — 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
City & Guilds Level 3 Award
The current IET Wiring Regulations that govern the design, installation and inspection of all electrical work across the UK.
City & Guilds 2391 — Inspection & Testing
Level 3 Award (2391-52)
Initial verification and periodic inspection & testing — the qualification behind every EICR, condition report and certificate we issue.
Level 3 Diploma — Electrical Installations
City & Guilds 2365-03 (Buildings & Structures)
Full Level 3 electrotechnical diploma covering installation, design principles and fault diagnosis in domestic and commercial properties.
Level 2 Diploma — Electrical Installations
City & Guilds 2365-02 (Buildings & Structures)
Core electrical installation training and principles of electrical science — the foundation of safe, compliant workmanship.
Fire Detection & Fire Alarm Systems
EAL Level 3 Award — BS 5839-1:2017
Qualified in the requirements for the design, installation and commissioning of fire detection and fire alarm systems for buildings.
AM2 — Occupational Competence
National Electrotechnical Training (NET)
The recognised industry practical assessment confirming competence to install, inspect, test and commission electrical installations safely.
Electrical Energy Storage Systems
LCL Awards Level 3 (603/7131/6)
Qualified in the design, installation and commissioning of battery energy storage systems — essential for safe home battery and backup power installs.
Small Scale Solar PV Systems
LCL Awards Level 3 (600/5775/0)
Trained in the installation, commissioning, handover and maintenance of small-scale solar photovoltaic systems.
Unvented Hot Water Storage (Part G / G3)
NICEIC Certificate of Competence
Assessed by NICEIC for the installation and servicing of domestic unvented hot water storage systems in line with the Building Regulations.
Part P — Building Regulations
Domestic electrical compliance
Competent to carry out and certify notifiable domestic electrical work in line with Part P of the Building Regulations.
